3. All items sold on this website are brand new and come in a Mint in Sealed Box (MISB) condition. We do not offer open-box items or provide inspection services.

4. It is important to note that we cannot be held accountable for any disappointment experienced. As a collector, it is essential to understand that Transformers, including products from Hasbro, Takara Tomy, third-party manufacturers, and fourth-party (KO) products, have had a history of varying degrees of quality control (QC) issues. Despite being considered collectible items, they are not flawless. Therefore, it is necessary to anticipate potential issues such as paint imperfections, scratches, missing accessories, broken parts, and loose joints with any transformer toy purchased.
